No. The prices on this page are exactly what you pay. There are no registration fees, admin charges, fuel surcharges, or any other hidden costs. For intensive course pupils, the practical test fee is included in your package. For weekly lesson pupils, the only additional expense is the DVSA test fees listed above, which are paid directly to the government.
For weekly lessons, payment is made directly to your instructor at the start of each lesson. Cash and bank transfer are both accepted. For intensive courses and 10-hour block bookings, payment is made by bank transfer — a £150 deposit to secure your dates followed by the balance one week before your course starts.

But the value goes further than that — intensive course prices include your fast track practical test fee, and you’ll typically need fewer total hours because there’s less skill loss between daily sessions. Additional hours beyond your intensive package can be booked at the standard £42/hr weekly lesson rate. Your instructor will be honest with you throughout your course about your progress and whether extra hours are likely to be needed.
